You can feel confident placing your patients in our care.

You can feel confident placing your patients in our care.

We have a combined 25 years of experience in comprehensive diagnostic audiology and treatment of hearing loss. We follow best practices as guided by the American Academy of Audiology and the American Board of Audiology. We are dedicated to finding the most appropriate hearing solution for each patient.

Why is hearing important?

Treating hearing loss may help more than just hearing.

The "Hearing Bone's" Connected to the WHAT?

What services do you provide?

  • Comprehensive diagnostic evaluations. When indicated, we will recommend appropriate referrals to specialists.

  • Wax removal

  • Hearing aid consultations

  • Hearing aid fittings and follow-up services

  • Hearing aid repairs and programming of most hearing aid makes/models.

  • Recommendation and/or fitting of other assistive listening devices

Will my patient have to pay out of pocket?

For an audiological evaluation, Medicare will cover the costs when medically indicated and with a referral.    Most insurance companies do not cover the costs of hearing aids or associated professional fees.

What is the average cost of a hearing aid?

Hearing aids typically cost $900-$3200 per device (refundable within 30 days). We have a $600 professional fee that is not refundable. If a patient already has hearing aids, our first goal is to make those hearing aids work for the patient. Hearing aid servicing fees range from $25 to $250 per device. For some people, personal sound amplification products (PSAPs) may be an appropriate solution. PSAPs typically cost between $100-$600.

Are there different hearing aids and amplifiers?

Yes. We work with most hearing aid makes/models. Over-the-counter personal amplifiers are also recommended when appropriate (e.g. for some patients who have mild to moderate hearing loss and good speech discrimination).
